Privacy overview
FreeTripGuide collects only the information visitors choose to submit through the built-in forms. In this theme, newsletter and starter-kit forms store the submitted email address, form source, consent flag, and submission time in the WordPress database. Contact-form messages are sent to the site administrator by WordPress email.
Information collected by the built-in theme
- Email address submitted through newsletter or starter-kit forms
- Form source and submission time
- Name, email, topic, and message submitted through the contact form
The theme does not intentionally add advertising trackers or analytics by itself. Your hosting provider, security tools, analytics, email, advertising, cookie, or other WordPress plugins may process additional data and should be reflected in this policy if you enable them.
How information is used
Submitted information is used to deliver requested resources, manage newsletter or travel-update requests, respond to messages, and maintain basic records of consent. The built-in lead records are visible only to authorized WordPress administrators.
Retention and deletion
The site owner should retain personal information only as long as needed for the stated purpose and applicable legal obligations. To ask about access, correction, or deletion of information you submitted, use the Contact FreeTripGuide page.
Third-party services
If FreeTripGuide later enables analytics, advertising, affiliate tracking, embedded media, external email platforms, or other third-party services, this notice should be updated to describe those services and any cookies or data transfers they use.
